Could it be him getting use to a new food and stress? His breeder was giving him roaches and supers, I ran out of roaches so been giving him crickets the past couple days, plus he's having a tough time settling in. He's pretty skittish. His poop before this one was good, the one before that was a little soft but not really smelly. I plan to get a fecal test to be safe though

So do you think it could be new food and nerves? Also what are your thoughts on hydration? I don't keep a water bowl. (Bacteria/ humidity) but like baths per week, and dripping water on his nose?

It could be. See how he is once you've had him 2 weeks. Dripping water is fine. He may or may not drink. It depends how much moisture his food has especially if he's eating veggies.

2 weeks will be Saturday. He does drink when I drip on his nose from a feeding syringe, he's not been eating his veggies, he'll eat fruit though. Your not sure what frequency of baths or dripping water on his nose though?

I would limit fruit as a treat once per week. You could try sprinkling some fruit juice on his veggies. I would drip daily. You could give baths when he's dirty or once a week. They aren't necessary.

Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
