Tail damage

My dragon injured his tail, I’m not sure when it happened. I have been treating with betadine and a antibacterial ointment. Is there anything else I should be doing? And has anyone seen this before?

Yes start using some raw unpasteurized honey on it like Manuka--- dip the end of the tail in the honey make sure there are NO crickets left in the tank -- they will go straight for the tail ---- the honey will kill any infection starting or going on

Thank you, I will pick some up tomorrow!! He only gets dubia, silks, hornworms, and greens. Crickets smell and are a pain!!
