My bearded dragon named Katlyn her back,beard,and arms changed from orange to gray I’m not sure if it’s shedding just want to make sure.

It sounds like shedding to me. But sometimes there colors can change after they shed.

It does sound like shedding, but pictures would help if you can use the User Image Uploader on the menu bar and then put them in a reply using the XIMG button. If it is shedding, a few tips.
1. It does take a while, and may be patchy.
2. Color can sometimes change after a shed as mentioned.
3. You can help your beardie feel more comfortable by giving them a warm water bath or wetting a soft toothbrush and gently rubbing the affected area(s). If you do decide to bathe, only warm water up to their belly which you can drip on their back, etc., and do not leave them unattended.
4. Do NOT try to 'help' the shed along by picking at it. It should fall off naturally, and picking at it can damage the new scales underneath.
