It might be as long as it's not too close. You'd never want it any closer than the manufacturer's recommended distance, and maybe even slightly further. The basking spot temperature can be lower than normal by about 10 degrees, so 95 is fine. The important thing is to be sure that any bulb, whether MVB or any other type, not be too close to cause a burn.
