i just aquired 2 beardies about 2 months old that are both a beautiful orange color they are in a 20 gallon tank for the moment but will soon upgrade to a larger tank.

Welcome They sound adorable. Do you plan on keeping them together? Just a heads up that unless they're two females you'll need to separate them before they hit sexual maturity otherwise it could cause a whole host of problems. If they are two girls, there's still a chance they won't get along so keep a close eye on them. Feel free to ask any questions you have and good luck!

yes they are male and female what problems will it cause having them in the same enclosure?

The problems a male and female will cause is stress.. one may become dominate over the other and can cause one not to eat and starve to death or it can cause one injure the other dragon or possible fight til the death. With a male and female there is the risk of breeding to young or over breeding. and the female will die from stress..
I would recommend seperating them soon to prevent any of the above from happening. I have 2 males and 3 females all in seperate enclosures. Just to make sure no one gets hurt or stressed or anything goes wrong..
after they reach 12 inches it is recommended that they are each put into a minimum 40 gallon breeder. I have all mine in 4 ft by 2 ft long tanks. one of them is in a 50 gallon breeder.

Your male is going to hit sexual maturity at six months and from then on will be able to breed with your female. The problem with this is that a female should not be bred until she is large enough and old enough (18 months) otherwise there is a large chance that she will become eggbound and possibly die as a result. Also, the constant breeding that the male will want will be stressful to the female and could even result in physical injury (bites, etc.) This is in addition to the normal dominance and social conflicts that generally result in the less dominant animal failing to thrive and thus being more susceptible to illness and disease. If you want to have two happy, healthy dragons, the best way to get it is to have them each in their own enclosure. They are solitary animals by nature and don't need or want the company of their own kind (with the exception of coming together to breed).

how many crickets does your dragon eat a day

babies, 30-50 per sitting, 3 times a day.

so 90-150 a day, right size, meaning tehy fit within the space between ur dragons eyes.

tehy need alot of protien to grow, when theyre adults protien/live feeders get resstricted to prevent renal disease. adults eat 80-90% vege matter.

but fro now as many crix as he wants,...

breeding is quite agressive, so make sure u keep an eye out for that.

then again, @ 2 months old tehyre pretty hard to sex, and u could still end up having something different,...2 girls are what ur hoping fro if u want them to live together. its the most likely combo to work but stil not guaaranteed,...!!

my girls are doing ok together, but they get run of the house,...i dont close their cage incase tehy argue so they can escape..
