She don't lay under it. It is a strong 1 and the best as it's wat my ex had and she does not climb ether I think she is lazy but I don't no oh and I got her some pro jelly but what's the best way to feed it 2 her

What uvb do you have? and how far away from the uvb is the basking spot? What are your temps in the basking spot?

The answers to these questions will help us to figure out if something is wrong.

Along with the other questions(type & brand uvb, temps in basking & coolside). could you alo tell us what you are taking the temps with?digital therm w/probe, dial, stck-on, temp gun?

If you could post the information off the tube/bottle of the "pro jelly" it would be really helpful.

Besides that, if the UVB light isn't the correct one, she won't lay under it.

Protein jelly and I no I'm useing a repti glo 10.0 it's all there is and there is nothing wrong with it. And the basking spot is the same as the UVB it's how I was told to do it coz she will get rays when she baskes

Protein jelly is what it says it's jelly u put a small spoon full in with the salad/veg bowl it melts on it and they get more protein. If u put abit on ur finger it might eat it coz it wobbles lol

From what I've just read the protein jelly is not meant for Bearded Dragon consumption. It's something you give to gut load the insects you're going to feed to her. Who is the maker of the "protein jelly"?

And the UVB bulb you have isn't any good. It needs to be a Repti-Sun 10.0. Repti-Glo UVB bulbs are not recommended around here because they hurt the dragon's eyes. Which is why she probably isn't laying under the bulb.

Not to come across rude but, clearly there is something wrong with it if she won't lay under it.
As previously said, Repti-glo 10 is not recommended. But it will also be helpful if you answer the other questions...

What do you use to take your temps? (digital with probes, temp gun, dial, stick on...) And where do you take them?
What are your basking and cool side temps?
How were you told to care for her? Maybe you were misinformed...it can happen to the best of us! haha
