Would this enclosure be good for a bearded dragon?

My current enclosure is too small and want something with good ventilation for my buddy.

What do you mean by sealed?

You will have to use a non-toxic sealer to keep to toxic particles and fumes away from your dragon so it doesn't poison him. Pine is toxic to dragons and, the glue used in that OSB (chip board) is to.

No I am not in the United States. I will probably purchase something like what I have linked below. It would cost around $144.62.
