he/she keeps climbing up and basking under the uv light. Its a repti-glo 5.0 as i my arcadia 12% is comeing on wednesday i hope. Also one is arm waveing they cant see eachother anymore ??

arm waving, along with doing other beardie gestures for no reason are normal for babies. It's kinda like practice or a game. Like a child that learns a new word or trick, they'll do it a lot to master it and for the reactions. My two are still trying to figure out the head bob. So far they only awkwardly jerk their head up.
