What kind of Roaches are safe/healthy?

Yeah basically once she gets full grown since all roaches are semi traditional in shape she won't even let me do Dubia : / I tell her it's going to get costly when she is a year old if we can only do things like butter, bsfl.

I need to get locust I guess but I'd rather not deal with them and their thorny legs. That or maybe we will be in our own house by then and I can build my hug/reptiles shed (insulated and heated) who knows.

I just don't want to do a bunch of just larve when roaches are out there.
