No mealworms, and for supers the general guideline is at least 15 inches I think.

That's correct, meal worms have far too much chitin in their shell and little to no nutritional value. You can start feeding super worms at around 16" total length. Horn worms, silk worms, and black soldier fly larvae can all be fed from day one just make sure the feeder length isn't longer than the space between your dragons eyes to avoid any chance of choking.
