Vitamin dust?

I have a 3 month old bd. How often should i dust his crickets with vitamin dust?

You should be using a calcium supplement and dusting the insects one time a day for 5 days of the week. Then a multi-vitamin supplement should be dusted on the insects for one feeding twice a week. So 5 days use the calcium once per a feeding, and 2 days use the multi-vitamin once a feeding.
