Nope, bulbs like those can hurt their eyes. You should get a ReptiSun 10.0, a ReptiSun 10.0 HO, or an Arcadia 12% florescent fixture. Is should also be mounted inside the viv to provide maximum amounts of UVB.

No, bulbs like that can be harmful to Bearded Dragons. I've actually lost a dragon because I was uneducated about this type of bulb. I recomend a repti-sun 10.0 strip florescent bulb or an Arcadia 12%.

I don't think the zoomed ones are "dangerous" anymore - but they aren't really suitable for dragons. Dragons are large lizards, adapted to very sunny environments, a small and relatively weak UVB source don't really suit the husbandry styles we use. The bulb ends up only able to give a relatively small exposure area, with some intense spots due to it's shape. A high output bulb (T5 or MVB) over part of the tank or a low output (T8) over most of the tank will give the dragon better exposure and a more natural environment.
