uvb reflectors?

My new viv is about 20" high. I have the uvb fixture mounted to the ceiling with a reptisun 10.0 bulb. Do I need a reflector or is it ok without one?

A reflector cant hurttt. And u can make one urself with just some tinfoil and some cardboard box scraps! I think u want your dragon to be able to get within 6-8inches from the reptisun 10.0.... So lets say u dont make a reflector, haveing a way for them to climb up close to the uvb would be ideal.
