I'd start offering water from a syringe daily, see if you can get him to drink that way and maybe cut the calcium back to 3 days a week and see if that helps with the urates.

my Bindi seems to ignore her greens too, so what someone recommended was to feed them to her earlier and wait until later for live food. it seemed to work although she didnt eat all of her veggies. i also made sure they where good and wet, which will help hydrate her.
