Too much decoration/furniture?

I've noticed that most of the pictures posted here of various Vivs tend to be fairly sparse. Is that better for a beardie? Mine seems to have a lot more 'stuff' in it than what I'm seeing...

I keep mine pretty simple just for easy cleaning. That and Thresh never uses much of her other furniture anyways. She really only ever uses her food bowls and her basking spot. They're pretty simple but a lot of dragons like more stuff then less.

He seems a LOT more active with less in there, and is eating more. When I took out the wood branch thing, like, 15 crickets dropped out of the knots. It's sparse now, but he seems to like it.

Keeping wood/things they can climb in there is nice. They're natural climbers in the wild, so it gives them a bit of stimulation. But babies/juvies tend to like being able to run around and explore. Thresh is just lazy
