toenails?

How long should a BD's toenail be. Can they get too long?
Our new dragons' are about 1/2 inch long. Can this cause trouble walking?

That is a loooong tone nail haha. You can cut them you just have to be very careful when you do so, maybe have someone who has done it before show you how to. But they shouldn't cause too much of a problem for a beardie because they should wear down as they walk. Maybe take them for walks outside on the cement or something to grind them down. :?

Thats what I thought. I tried to post pictures but haven't figured out how yet. He doesn't walk much which is why I am concerned it hurts him. He will only walk on our thick carpet. Outside he just sits and doesn't move.

I take mine to the vet for nail trims as I am too scared I will hurt them. It only costs $10.50 which is worth it to know I won't be hurting them.
