To Hot?

Hey guys another question. my beardie gizzard was laying on his basking rock today
with his mouth open and shaking.hes had stress marks all day on his neck. i instantly
took him out gave him a bath and misted him down does this mean he was to hot?

What temp is your basking spot?
What kind of thermometer are you using?
What kind of uvb do you have? Which make and model?
How close can he get to it?
