She tends to run from me when I go to get her out still

Still young? If so give it time. My male we got younger and he was all over the place at first. Took a good few weeks to calm down and get acclimated to being held and more importantly being caught to pick him up

Yeah she is still young at least 4 months. She didn't give me much issues getting her out this time. How long will it take for her to get use to being in a harness?

They don't tend to like the constriction of the harnesses. Putting it on her will likely always be a struggle. You could try different types of harnesses. There are some folks on here that have homemade harnesses that are less restrictive than the leather ones you can buy at the pet store.
