The loss of my Beardie :(

This is my 1st post at this site, and I wish it was of happier news. I guess I just wanted to get a group cyber- hug! My companion of 11 years, Hannibal passed away overnight..................He will be missed!!!

I'm so sorry to hear about Hannibal. It's obvious that he had a great life with you and that you loved him dearly. He was a very handsome guy and sure looks content on his basking log. I know it doesn't make it any easier, but you must have been a great owner to have him that many years, your heart must be aching. I recently lost one too and it is very, very difficult.

Hopefully some day, Hannibal will lead you to another beardie that needs your wonderful care and you will find it in your heart to be able to get another. There are so many that need good homes. We are here for you if you need anything.
