talk to me about Brumating?

Hi, can I ask a brumating question? If you think it's brumating... should the lights/temps change? Do they need as much heat? I can see the point of the soaks (was it once a week?), should you try to feed them when they're so tired? Mine hasn't been interested in food for about 3 weeks now - eats a couple crickets or supers every 2 days or so. Only wants to sleep on the hammock all day (and it's not as warm there as the basking log). Thanks so much -- what a confusing time!
