MVBs are all in one bulbs so in theory that is all you need.

You may need a CHE for the winter nights though.

well i live in the desert in the winter it only gets to like 55 degrees at night like on average

You will need a way of heating your tank at night then.
It can drop to 60s safely in your tank, but any lower and it is bad for your dragon.
