supers or giant mealworms?

which are better as staples?
I'm assuming supers since I THINK their chiton a little softer than mealies, but I would love to know which is overall better.

i have used both as well and my beardie hasnt had a problem with them at all. he'll eat whatever i give him pretty much haha

Superworms are actually supposed to be more nutritious and easier to digest.

or if you can get phoenix worms they have more calcium than any other feeder.

Pheonix worms are great, but who has a place between 50 & 60 degrees to store them?! Breyas loves his supers.

I would use both too. They may look the same but are entirely 2 different Genus Species of grub. Don't know which would be easier to digest....
