WOW, that's one life you have there! But I'm glad you got your beardies, they are so cute and snuggly. Glad you're getting everything sorted, too, it's a lot to have two tanks going! I know I have 6 now, but finally my house is FULL, so no more reptiles!
lol not full just complete this morning the beardies went crazy on eating I think they are getting use to their own space... spike ate about 30 crickets and Sunny ate 27! that's a lot since they normally eat about 17
yes! I am very happy that they are happy! I am use to them only eating about 17 so I normally put 10 in first and when they are done with those I would put a few in at a time until they seemed full... well I put the 10 in and they were gone in like literally 2 min if that! I was like WHOA!! and Lola(the puppy) was sitting there watching him run back and forth like a mad man lol now they are both basking and their bellies are huge! lmao  :love10: my babies!
just found this pic and thought it was cute... this is my cat Dusty having a stare down with Spike when we first got him..... BTW the wood chips are no longer in the tank..
***UPDATE***
I gave Spike and Sunny shaved pieces of carrot today and they loved it but would only take it by hand... I also cut grapes into tiny pieces and they loved those as well and again would only take them by hand... grapes are ok for them right?
ok so I weighed Sunny and Spike today and I have a question... is there a such thing as an overweight beardie??? Sunny-6in and 11.3grams Spike-a little over 6in and 10 grams...
ok because today was the first time I tried carrots and I only shaved a baby carrot between the 2 of them and they pretty much only ate half of a baby carrot combined
Yeah I looked on the beautiful dragons site and it says you can feed it occasionally but it has high Vitamin A. So maybe just as a treat and it should be fine
