I don't think those are tumors , not sure what it is but doesn't look too serious. Are there any insects loose hiding in the tank that might be biting ?

No. He usually finished them off pretty quickly. Any other ideas on what they could be!?

Maybe small cysts of some sort, not sure about that though. If they persist or get worse you could have a reptile vet check Dave out.

Hello,

I am assuming that they are hard, correct? I have seen this type of issue. I am not sure you can get them shed off,
but the vet may be able to laser them off. They are probably cysts if they are hard & fluid filled. They don't look infected
either. Do the areas seem to bother him at all?
You could try putting some manuka honey on the areas or a silver gel/cream to see if that helps to reduce them at all.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
