I don't know if it's true, but they say cooked veg is less nutritious than raw. If it is, then raw's probably the way to go (after you rinse them off, of course).

I usually just chop them up raw into thin circles that are easy to eat.

I simply take from the frozen bag and toss them in the foodprocessor in chop mode with the frozen peas & whole washed chois, and grated carrot & sweet potato.
