ive just read on a site that beardies like to have a shower put over them, is it true?

Dragon loves bathtime- we put him in the tub with 3-4 inches of water (most beardies feel more comfortable with less water- I don't recomment using so much unless you stay RIGHT with them the whole time) and he swims around for hours if we let him. I have taken him in the shower a few times but he tries to paddle around like he's swimming. So I plug the tub and let him swim

As for misting, he used to like it but it would mess with the humidity in his tank too bad so we just do bathtime now.

Yes and no!

Some dragons love their baths, some hate it.
Ruben will happily sit in his bath but if i dribble or shower water onto him he will freak.out.
Miso is the same.

Trial and error Id say ^_^

We have a couple dragons that move under the faucet and let the water run on them. It's fun watch as they don't like the water running on they're heads, they manuver themselves so the water hits they're backs and tails

pigg has just had his bath and I ran the shower for the first time,he just sat under it and was quite happy,chris :lol:

Rex has been taking showers now for about 5 years and prefers them over baths.

She even gets in and out of the shower on her own.

Rex is as spoilt as can be. Trust me, she's smug alright.
