Bearded dragon stuck in tight hole

Today I was giving bearded dragon a shower and after I let her run around and when i came back to the bathroom she was stuck halfway n between a towel holder that restricted its body, and now that I got her free she seems to be breathing and acting okay, anything I should do/keep an eye on to make sure she’s okay??

Watch for black bearding. It's a sign of stress or pain.

Good grief, they love to squeeze themselves into tight crevices & can sometimes really get into a pickle!
He is or should be just fine but is probably just stressed from the incident.
It can take some time for them to calm down after situations such as this.

I remember my Beardie got stuck between the wall and a box. Dunno how she got there, but she did. I think he should be fine
