Shedding twice in 2 weeks

My dragon just did a full shed but I notice the tail has a solid transition to a dull color it the base of the tail. It just shed its tail though?

He's still pretty young so it's pretty common for them to have frequent, sometimes almost constant, sheds. This will slow down as he ages. It's not something that should cause concern, he's just growing quickly which is good.

How long can I expect to see this discoloration before he sheds it?

It varies. Sometimes a shed can come off in a few days, sometimes it takes a few weeks. Either way is fine.
