Is this stuck shed?

She's had a bit of a dark crooked tail tip since I got her but since it originally looked like a gradient I didn't think much of it. Now that she's shedding again and the dark spot has more than doubled in size I'm suspicious it might be stuck shed...

She gets a bath about once a week with more when she's shedding. Tank humidity tends to be around 40%

Its shed let it do its thing--- tails can take longer to shed -- its not stuck

Yes could be some coloring as well - a few people have also looked and agreed it's shed
