I prefer the tile as it is very easy to clean and keeps Havoc's nails trimmed so I don't have to. Water dishes in the enclosure are also not recommended as it will raise the humidity which could cause respitory infection in your Beardie. Most Beardies do not drink from water bowls and get their needed moisture from their feeders, salad and the baths you give him a few times a week.
The digital thermometer can be stuck to the side of the tank on the cool side and the remote probe placed on the surface of the basking spot . The ones I buy have dual zone reading so I get the cool side and basking side temps.

As for all the water you have in there it is not good, Beardies need a very dry environment the high humidity can cause respiratory infections. Instead of having the bath container in the enclosure you should take him out and give him a bath in warm water a few times a week.
