Thank you all for all the lovely thoughts and the wonderful pictures.It really helps to know that you guys are out there and that in some small way you knew what a special girl she was.
It isn't easy for me to explain right now what happened because I truly do not understand it yet myself. I came home this evening from work to find here having massive seizures in her enclosure. I tried everything I could to calm her and stop the seizures.Her tongue was totally dark and swollen and there seemed to be some swelling in her eyes and neck as well.The only thing I can think of is that she had a reaction to something she ate or she somehow fell and injured herself.She was perfectly fine this morning when I left,her perfect normal self.I held her and tried to calm her after adminstering the best emergency aid I could think of but she died in my arms later on in the evening. It was awful and I only hope she did not feel to scared or too much pain. I really wish I could know what went wrong with my sweet girl but I dont think that is ever going to be possible.

Vicky, I am so sorry to hear about your sweet Jaba! I really do feel your pain (Monday was exactly 1 year to the day that Abu passed away!) Im sure having you with her made her feel calm and comfortable - she knew how much you loved her! I wish I could say more, but I am not good with words. Just know that we are all thinking of you!

Oh Vicky! I was surely not expecting to see this, this morning. I feel so badly for you and sweet Jaba
I know it was sudden, but take solace in knowing Jaba was in your arms when she passed. I can't imagine she would have wanted to be anywhere else. I am so very sorry, Vicky! I know how much you love all of your babies and you must be hurting so.
I am here along with everyone else if you need anything.
My heart goes out to you and your family!
