Can i feed my 8 month old bearded dragon a pinky mice?

I think it does benefit from offering different prey items. The baby mice are especially more nutritious than the plain old bugs but very high in calories. Some large lizards, like the bearded dragons, do benefit from eating vertebrate preys like this since they have such huge muscular body and fast metabolism. Just offer it for variety no more than two or three a month. These things will really make your bearded obese.
