Puffing beard out...stopping...puffing

So my beardie Just puffed his beard out like 5 times with like tiny little breaks in between. He hasn’t done it since but it was funny to watch. But also kind of alarming. Is this okay?

It's called throat stretching - a prelude to shedding on the throat .... perfectly normal ... and yes the first few times I saw it I was worried too.
