my bearded dragon is 14 months and male, he hasn't pooped in 10 days and i really worried he keeps eating worms and greens and is possibly brumiating. i have given him baths to try to help but nothings working. AHHH what do i do ??

What is his lighting like in the tank
What is the temperature in the tank
Do you have a digital thermometer (I like Acurite under $10 from Walmart or Amazon)

This is what I do meanwhile. Warm bath (check temperature with your wrist not too hot) only an inch or so...gently massage the underside of his belly from chest down towards his vent with your fingers. You may have to do this a few times I had to do it for like 5 minutes once. While he is in bath you can gently dribble water on his snout to see if he will drink he might be dehydrated. Also, pure organic pumpkin from a can (NOT pumpkin pie filling) no sugar just pumpkin a little bit can help move things along. Organic no sugar applesauce as well. Just a bit at a time...hope this helps

I hate to ask but, what kind of substrate are you using? Anything loose can be ingested and, cause health issues. Some are worse than others!!!
Mealworms and superworms are not the best staple by any stretch, they can cause impaction because the exoskeletons are hard to digest properly.

His cage is like 90-99 Fahrenheit on the hot side and 80-90 on the cool side. He spends his mornings basking and a lot of time on the cool side where the UV light is. I will try giving him more baths and get some of the applesauce like you said! Also to reply to another response, i have papertowls as the base of his cage and he has refused to eat crickets since he turned 1 so since he turned one we have switched to super worms and its been 4 months on those and we really havent had a problem besides him only pooping 1-3 times a week. Is there anything else i can do?

Feed him dubia roaches-- you can buy them online from resources- google dubia roaches - I suggest not to go thru roach king out of CA-- they ship them in double box w/ the roaches being loose in second box-- I go thru dubiaroaches.com out of Kansas- they ship in containers that you can actually keep roaches in and they are easy to keep - I feed mine carrots - they get all the water and nutrients they need out of that -- I quit w/ crickets long time ago after my vet suggested dubias only - they dont give them worms as bad as crickets-- in fact Hiccup was in to vet last Monday and he had a very low count of coccidia which is normal for having in their intestine- he is not sick and very active and healthy-- I give Hiccup super worms not meal worms as he is only 8 months - he likes horn worms butter worms but they are not fed as a staple- I also give him nutri grubs - they are really small and easy to keep as well as the butter worms- nutri grubs you can give every day and are full of calcium- dubiaroaches.com sells all this -
