Will plexiglass block the rays for my beardie? What could I use instead outside so he can have some beneficial rays, but stay warm while outside here in florida during the winter months? Thanks a lot!

Yes it will. There is really isnt anything I can think of that would work for what you want. Just keep your UVB on inside for the winter

I agree with the above poster! If it is warm enough, you can use chicken wire or mesh! Just my2 cents....
