Have you put her in a laying bin? How long has she been dropping eggs ? She needs a place that she feels safe to lay in. A large plastic tote can be used, with about a foot of damp sand for laying in. Even then, sometimes they will hold their eggs for some reason....she could be egg-bound, too. If she is, if she begins to look ill, you should take her to a qualified reptile vet.How old and long is she and what's her weight ? Have you put her in lukewarm water ? Sometimes this will help them to pass eggs as they try to have a bowel movement in the water....but don't leave her in for more than 10 minutes, no need for extra stress. She may [ hopefully] surprise you if you get her a laying box and start a hole for her by scooping a tunnel with your hands.
