Plastic Tile's

Hey I recently (Today) just replaced Gunner's alfalfa pellets with plastic floor tile's. Is there anything I have to worry about with this tile? I just got them at a local Lowe's. Nothing to fancy, here's a picture of the tile.

So long as the plastic tiles have no adhesive backing that can create fumes when heated, you should be okay. I would however wash the tiles thoroughly in a bleach/water solution (VERY diluted) prior to actually allowing your beardie to life on them.

errr, yeah they do have adhesive on the back, but I didn't take the wrapping off of it. >.<

Might just be me, others who know better will chime in...I would take them out and just use paper towels for tonight and go get some without the adhesive as soon as you can

If it will be awhile you could get shelf liner from the kitchen dept at a Walmart type store the rubber kind without adhesive. It will work great until you can get the tile, but I would check price, the tile may be close to the same price as the roll of shelf liner

Oh, not the type with little holes in it...it is solid, no holes at all. Usually a color on the top and white on the bottom and comes in rolls...it will, however, be near or next to the type you are thinking of
