i measured him today and he is 16 inches long. I want to start him on superworms, but because hes not an adult should he be able to have as many as he wants ?

He should be fine. But I'd suggest to start slowly, i.e. give him 4-5 at first and wait till he poops, see if they are digested. Then you can add 1 more each day.

Peponi is very handsome! :D

Definitely start slowly with super worms. The first time I gave them to my beardie, I only gave him two, and increased the number from there. Something you need to keep in mind about super worms is that they're pretty high in fat. At his age, you shouldn't just feed him supers because he needs a lot of protein, and that means a lot of supers (and too much fat). I've heard different guidelines on here; some people say you should limit to no more than 5 supers per day when they're still growing, others say up to 15 a day. So you can definitely add super worms, but start slowly, and feed another protein source, too. Still let him eat as much as he wants in the 10-15 minutes per feeding, just don't let him eat all super worms.

I hope that makes sense! :D

Thanks it helped a lot :)
Not much to say today, Peponi ate 3 superworms, 25 crickets, and hes working on his greens now. I've only had him for 3 days now but, he lets me pet him and he'll take greens from my hand. His tank is right next to my bed, and each time I look at him he is staring at me, is that normal?

Glad I could help! That's great that he's eating that well for you! :D Just remember to try to leave him alone for the first week or so. He's probably going through some relocation stress, and you don't want to add more stress by petting him/handling him too much until he settles in. It'll be difficult, but you really shouldn't handle him unless absolutely necessary (baths, etc.) for the first few days.

Not much to say today. Peponi loves his salad but will stop eating as soon as he sees me looking at him  I might have to cover up the side of his tank next to the fish, he keeps ramming into the glass, he even jumped off of his basking log trying to get to them . I'd upload more pics but photobucket is being a pain and the camera doesn't capture his colors.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
