My beardie has a fat belly but she is still a baby i didn't know if that was normal cause she is growing or what

Try not to worry! beardie's all have a large belly! Mine has done since he was a baby.
As long as the temps are as they should be, and she's eating well i'm sure she's fine

I wouldn't worry about a baby with a fat belly unless you find that it isn't pooing regularly. Other wise it just means it healthy and getting plenty to eat.
