One eye closing

I read from a recent forum postings that using visine can help fix the one eye closing problem. I was wondering if you also use Visine but its for advanced relief with redness reduction and lubricant?

I've never used Visine. I've used neosporin for an infection. Why is one I closing? What kind of lighting are you using. What kind of temps do you have.

I'm using the flourescent tube repti sun 10.0 and heating lamp bulb. The temps are 80 on the lower side and 100 on the warm side as of right now.
