Oh dear, First runny poop.

I don't know what it could mean but it was the first time he pooped runny since in my care. Is it immediately something bad or should I wait until he poops again to see if it is solid?

It may be just excess water or upset stomach. I wouldn't worry unless it keeps on for a while (couple of weeks or several poops at least).

Okay, I'll see after a week if it keeps up. If it does, take him to a vet?

If it keeps up a vet visit isn't a bad idea. Bring a fresh sample with you so it can be checked for parasites. My guess is it's just an upset stomach and will clear up on it's own in a few days though.

Okay he just pooped almost on me and it was just a wet, almost clear liquid with solid stool.

If it was solid that's a good sign. The liquid is likely just excess hydration passing through his system which is normal.
