Nutri Grubs for beardies?

Hi I was just wondering if a 2 year old dragon could staple on nutri grubs, or if you are only really reccomended butterowrms.

Nutri grubs (aka Phoenix worms) are a but tiny to use as a staple - it would take about 400 or so to feed your beardie for a week!! Also, butterworms are an ok staple but are a little fatty. Have you tried roaches or locusts??
