Hope this is in the right spot I'm wondering if I'm able to receive text notifications rather than email or both?

I was thinking it was both for some reason I'm asking bc I get notifications really really late and by the time I respond its been over a week

Email notifications are the only thing that the current software supports. But the emails should be sent fairly immediately. They definitely shouldn’t be a week delayed unless an email provider is blocking messages.

I haven’t checked on whether the new software I am working on (and hoping to switch us all over to in the next week or two) has an add on to do that. It’s very possible tho.
