Hi there, welcome! I too owned Leo's before beardies and they are quite different! What is your set up like? If you give us a run down (substrate, exact brand and type of lights etc) we can give you pointers and help to give your new friend a great long life
how old is the fella? If you'd like to attach photos we will gobble them up! (Not litterally, we all enjoy seeing every beautiful dragon out there! At least I do
)

As for tips, a varied diet will go a long way
I feed my babies a staple of crickets Phoenix worms and their greens, throwing in super worms (for dragons over 16inches that is) silk worms horn worms and occasionally pupae stage mealies (very rarely!) to keep them interested. If you live in a generally warm area (over 80 ferenheit is generally reccomended) take your beardie out on a leash and let them bask on your lap or run in the grass. It does wonders for their health (natural UVB is free, after all!) and they will really enjoy free roam or just the warm sun. Enjoy! And be warned, it's hard to stop at one!
