That's a pretty good price. I have the same one. It's a bit small for an adult but the front opening doors are nice to have. Larger ones are usually custom made so if you aren't able to build one or have one built, it's a good choice.

Whoa...I got the exact same size EXO Terra on eBay for $145!!! If you look on eBay there are dozens of sellers wholesaling EXO Terra Viv's, the key is finding one within driving distance to you, because most are local pickup only, but if you're near NYC you shouldn't have a problem. It was well worth the 2 hour drive to Hershey for me. He had one size that was a bit taller, I think the largest one they make, for $170, that was maxing them out. I compared several sellers of this exact size, and most were around $150-$170 on eBay.

The other place to definitively look, especially if you're near NYC, is on Craigslist, there are probably over 100 of those being sold on Craigslist used for less than I paid, if you can drive an hour or so to pick it up...
