Neck Glands?

A characteristic of beardie anatomy that I don't really understand are the glands, or sacks that are on either side of their beards. I have noticed that one of Ikky's glands (or whatever) is larger than the other.

Is that normal?

Hello,

Those are just part of their jowl or beard area, no problem. All dragons have them. A little bit of fat is stored on or around them, as well.

Ikky is brumating right now, I'm guessing these are the parts that would get thinned out while she diets?
