yeah it should only take about 10 days to morph them at the most, thats if they are kept warm and dark.

I had to do so today. i was using apples and potatoes but to much moisture and my bedding started to surrond the food and get all hard so i used our kitchen strainer and got all the big stuff and left all the good stuff. i know you are suppose to change it once in a while cuz of the frass and stuff but what is the fastest way to do so?
That's what I do.when the beetles start to lay their eggs to change them out every 3 or 4 weeks but put them in a new big until they are little bigger and then dumb them all in one big when they are all about the same size and use the big bin for feeding out of.
i kept mine in a dark place and kept a heating blanket under them only cuz our house is always cold in the winter. i am trying to morph over 200 worms which i know is a bit much, but i am going to be feeding 10 adults and 20 babies and using them for fishing. plus i am pretty sure i am going to have people near by coming to buy them. so i know i will have places to get rid of them. i've had a bunch of worms die and maybe 3 or 4 aliens die. so far i think i have 5 beetles and almost 20 aliens that need to morph. the main thing is heat and dark.sreinertson":b94f5 said:Im trying to start a colony of supers, i ave a few seperated in indevidual containers. They have been in there for close to 3 weeks now and none of them have started to morph yet. I check them daily or every other day to make sure they are still alive. what am i doing wrong, or what can i do.
