Mouth Remains Slightly Open

My 1 year old dragon, Pablo, keeps his mouth slightly open most of the time. He has a repti sun 10 uv light and we dust everything with calcium. I included a picture with his mouth closed and open.

Does he seem generally healthy besides for this?
How's his appetite?
How often is he pooing?
What are the three temperatures inside your tank?

Your reptisun is the tube right? Not the compact bulb?

He acts totally fine otherwise.
He does not like to eat live food (dubias and superworms) daily. He usually eats those every two days. He is offered them daily, but doesn't eat them daily. He does have greens daily though. He poops regularly and there is nothing funny going on there. His temps are between 95-100 (he does not like it hotter than that. He's very picky...lol) on the basking side. And in the 80's on the cooler side. We use paper towel as substrate. And yes...it is the tube repti sun.
