molding egg

If I see 1 egg getting moldy in my container in my incubator, should I remove it right away? Will the other mold over due to one being moldy?

Whenever i get a mold egg i wipe the mold off best i can and then put the egg into a sepperate container as to not contaminate the other eggies.

I also wipe the egg gently with a dry napkin and seperate it from the other eggs. I had 2 that had this and they hatched to be perfectly healthy babies 4 weeks ago
