Looks very much like a male to me. I'm 99% it's a male, the only reason I'm not 100% is because I'll get yelled at if I say I'm sure it's a male at his age...but he's a male!!!
EDIT: Just an FYI, it usually doesn't work the opposite way, when they are little and they look to be female they can actually end up being a male (my 6 month old looked like a female until just 2 months ago, now he's nothing but male), but when they are young and look like a male, they usually are a male....sorry, I didn't read that you wanted a female before I posted, lol...he's definitely a male though...
